With 37 years of clinical experience, Dr. Paul Byers brings a rare combination of deep expertise, steady professionalism, and genuine compassion to every patient he serves. He earned his DDS from Loyola University of Chicago College of Dentistry and an MS from the University of Michigan, building a strong academic foundation that continues to guide his evidence-based approach to care.
Dr. Byers spent 12 years practicing Navy dentistry, where he refined his skills across diverse clinical settings and developed the calm, confident chairside manner patients value today. For the past 26 years, he has continued that commitment in private practice, providing comprehensive care rooted in integrity, clear communication, and long-term oral health.

Dr. Victor James Lim, DDS
Dr. Victor James Lim grew up right here in Northern Virginia. His thirst for knowledge took him to sunny California, where he majored in Biology at California Polytechnic Institute, then to the snowy cold of Michigan to attend the University of Michigan School of Dentistry for his Doctorate in Dental Surgery.
Since then, Dr. Lim has practiced in a range of dental environments — including high-end cosmetic and multi-doctor practices — continually investing his time in attaining the latest dental techniques through continuing education courses. He dedicates himself to providing comprehensive, quality dentistry.
